Shipping: please allow 5 days for order processing.

Customs: please allow a 2-3 week turnaround for custom pieces. 

All sales are final. Every piece is uniquely handcrafted, therefore we cannot accept returns or exchanges.  

Shipping care: once your package is delivered we can’t be responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged during shipping. If you’d like extra peace of mind, email us at the time of purchase to request signature delivery.
